For seven days, you’ll receive daily hip-centric drills, gentle inner-work prompts, and supportive guidance designed to help you expand your movement, your mindset, and your confidence. Inspired by my own dance journey—when unfamiliar movements felt awkward until repetition made them feel like home—this challenge teaches you to lean into discomfort, explore new pathways in your body, and let your movement evolve with consistency.
This challenge is for all levels. No perfection—just willingness, openness, and showing up.

• making unfamiliar movements feel familiar through repetition

• exploring movement through goddess pose, floorwork, hip isolations, and more
