Welcome to Sit & Slay! I'm so happy to have you here. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me. I've listened to the previous requests from the other courses, so I've embedded the videos through YouTube so that you can be provided with CC and hopefully be able to view from your TV.
This course is not about perfection, so let go of that impossible standard. I encourage you to set your intentions and hold unto a positive attitude.
Part A focuses on building your foundation through seated pelvic movements. You’ll learn to isolate and control your hips with exercises such as pelvic tilts, hip rolls, hip swivels, and whining techniques—all while staying grounded in your chair.
This section includes a breakdown of each movement to help you understand how to move your pelvis smoothly and confidently while seated.
You’ll practice drills designed to strengthen your control and fluidity, and you’ll bring it all together with a fun, empowering Part A choreography that lets you slay your new skills with style.
In Part B, we expand your movement vocabulary by incorporating the full body—while still seated. You’ll explore isolations and flow through chest movements, arm accents, leg movements, and full-body body rolls.
This section breaks down each movement clearly, helping you connect different parts of your body while maintaining smooth, expressive control.
You’ll strengthen your ability to move different body parts independently and together, leading into a dynamic drill and choreography that blends everything you’ve learned into a full-body seated dance experience.
This choreography will contain chest movements, arm movements, leg movements, and body rolls. As always do you what feels good to you! If there is anything that you want to change, feel free to make it your own.
It's time to celebrate yourself! You showed up, did your thing, and completed the course. I hope you're feeling more confident and sensual in your seated movements. Thank you so much for joining me!
