Welcome to Stretchin' and Flexin'!
Remember to listen to your body through out this entire course and to go at your own pace. You are not required to go through everything in one sitting.
These are stretches and mobility exercises that I find useful, not only for dance, but also everyday life.
It is normal for you to feel soreness afterwards if you are not used to doing these movements on a regular basis.
