This course is designed to help you enhance your hip and lower back mobility through a series of dynamic stretches and targeted exercises. Stretching techniques to increase flexibility and range of motion in your hips and lower back. Mobility drills and movements to enhance fluidity and control in your dance or movement practice. And strengthening exercises to enhance mobility and generate more controlled movement.

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Stretchin' and Flexin'!

Remember to listen to your body through out this entire course and to go at your own pace. You are not required to go through everything in one sitting.

These are stretches and mobility exercises that I find useful, not only for dance, but also everyday life.

It is normal for you to feel soreness afterwards if you are not used to doing these movements on a regular basis.
