You will more than likely feel soreness while participating in this course from being in the kneeling position as well as the mobility portion. Remember to continuously listen to your body throughout this entire process and follow your body's signals.
Use pillows, mats, knee pads, rolled up towels or t-shirts. Do all that you can do to make your body feel comfortable and do not try to complete this entire course in one sitting.
This is not a race but a journey.
