Before we begin Part A, this video will help you find the seated position that works best for your body- I’ll walk you through helpful chair setup tips and simple modifications using yoga blocks or props. From how much of your seat to use, to how to support your feet and legs, this is your time to explore and adjust. Remember: there’s no one-size-fits-all. What matters most is finding comfort, stability, and space to move freely.
